My placenta is just away from OS. Doctor told to
Avoid carrying heavy weight ,constipation and doing strenuous activities.
I am First time mom to be . So I am very much scared whether this scenario will affect baby .
I have constipation from 9weeks I am worried of it may affect placenta . Night while sleeping I stretch unintentionally, even in that case I worry it may affect placenta
Please advice

Not to b worry about but it's away but dint tell. How many centimeters more tha30cm not to worry about uterus will grow it will reach above
Have some laxative and antacid it will reduce ur constipation
Milk is v good demuldant have frequently normal temprature

Hi no need to worry... Check your scans for placenta location and clarify with ur obstetrician. Since u havnt mentioned how many months pregnant you are, I assume you are less than 6months...by 8.5 months, most placenta vl go up.. Even if u bleed, go to hospital immediately...
