Ideally placental insufficiency should be checked at 13 week scan n according to that ecosprine should be started. After 20 week starting of ecosprine has no role because placental implantation already done.Ecosprine halp for placental implantation.Hermin can help to some extent.but there is no evidence for that. You should consult good fetal medicine expert.Because in USG report i didn't find IUGR.
Next Steps
If you really had a placental insufficiency then you should consult your gynec and get done USG every week
