I have small white pimple near nose. From last three months small red acne or pimple on face. Sometime rise sometime no small small pimple red or skin colour on back. Please suggest medicine Please suggest.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
