It can be aphthous or herpetic ulcer..if there is no fever associated, topical corticosteroids along with multivitamin supplements has to be taken as per consultation. You can consult me through this for prescription.

It would be difficult to diagnose your case without a picture of the bumps.
Plus you would need to give a proper history to be diagnosed. R u on any kind of medications? Do you smoke? Did you notice these bumps before as well?
Do you usually have dry mouth?
Most of the time these conditions are local but can be a indication of systemic conditions as well. Hence a proper clinical history is mandatory in such cases.
