Pinched nerve in dorsal spine
Suffering from disc bulges between D5 and D6 are indenting the nerve root resulting excruating pain from upper back till the lower part on the chest. Shown  to spine surgeon  doctor for pain management but relief limited till I take medicine. Needed advise what mode and which specialists doctor to be show and am on vaccation here with limited time on hand will be great help.

Hello Consult to physiotherapy for pain management. You should start laser therapy & exercise it will eventually help you to get rid of pain.

It seems to indicate cord compression which is significant and therefore you need to do something gentle. No hard massages..... Rib mobility exercises in consultation with a physiotherapist could help.
