Pimples like structures on penis base
Sir/Madam
I have pimple like harmless structures on the penis base for about six months which are increasing in number slowly, is there a cream or an ointment which can cure and remove those pimples.
I tried plucking them but blood comes out from them, i use razor to remove all hair to maintain hygiene but those are not going away.
