Pimples in tongues
My tongue has got some pimples and if I eat any sweets I feel like I am eating some chilli please say me solution for this problem

It is not pimples. You have got it wrong. Pimples only happen on the face. It is a kind of small eruptions from the tongue. To be precise you may have to consult with photographs and may be Practo Consult an Oral Medicine expert
