Hi. Looks like his left eye is swollen and there is a red spot below that eye. My diagnosis would be an insect bite.
There’s nothing to worry about. Apply moisturiser.
You can give Syrup Atarax 2 ml every 6 hours once for two days
In case he develops swollen tongue or lips or has breathing difficulty take to nearby hospital.
Keep watching his activity. If he appears to be lethargic or sleeps a lot take to nearby hospital immediately.
