Pimples and pigmentation
I seem to have a sudden outbreak of pimples, some come out and leave mark. The others are under the skin. I am stressed, but I almost have a new one every other day. Applying Retino A is also not helping. Any suggestions on external creams will help.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Acne come due to multiple reasons.stress is also one if the contributing factor.need an image fit better understanding of the condition.lifestyle change and some oral tablets and topical creams with appropriate face wash can resolve them eventually.kindly. Consult me online for further treatment
