Hello doctor I'm working in aviation field I'm having pimple pores blackhead it's coming at my this age only when the pimple break the mark is not going there are lot marks and pores are there
Can u help me to give any solution or cream to rid of this pimples and pores and having whiteheads and blackheads any solution for that
And due to my grooming part the lipstick makes my lip more darker people start asking me do u smoke that much it gets darker any lip lightening lipbalm or cream suggestion

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Acne and the subsequent dilated pores can only be treated after evaluating your root cause. Consult a dermatologist to manage this. For lip darkening you can switch to light coloured glossy lip colours instead of Matt ones as a preventive measure
