Pimples and acne problem
I have more pimples on my face. but iam eating moong dal and gram flour recipes like mysore pak and moong dal dosa etc... my friend told me Don't eat such food items made with gram flour and moong dal it will increase pimples problem more.. Is it true...?? if i have pimples and acne problem also can i eat gram flour and moong dal recipes...???

Consuming a moderate amount of carbohydrates are acceptable and won't cause for a flaring of pimples although ideally you should have a low glycemic load diet. You could follow the following lifestyle changes which could help with dealing with acne: - Avoid greasy,oily, deep fried, junk food items, also avoid alot of sweets and items such as ghee. Have a low glycemic load diet. - Wash your face regularly with a Ph balanced face was - Wipe your face when oil accumulates. - Avoid touching your face regularly. Wash your hands properly before touching the face. - Take a zinc supplementation tablet which has shown to help with acne - Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids which are present in fish has shown to help - Reduce stress(yoga,meditate, sleep) - Exercise regularly
