Provide details,  how long it has been present? Do you have constipation? Till then take tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Tab combiflam one every 8 hours for 4 days, after meals. Apply sumeg ointment over it  3 times per day for 4 days. Apply some hot compression.  If it bursts open, press and squeeze out all pus, apply povidone ointment and cover it.
