Some thing like Pimple on lower eye lid.
Attached the photos of eye.
It's not painful, but little discomfort in eye and itching.
Should I take any treatment or any eye drops?
Or it will be cured on its own?

It is due to blockage of oil glands in ur lids. Do hot fomentation. Followed by moxiflox eye drops 4 times a day. If do not subside.... We need to remove it with a needle... And then use antibiotic...

Hello it looks like a gland obstruction ..I would like to ask you to wash your eyes with Johnson baby shampoo twice a day and I will give you drops that you could apply later I would like you to have your refractive power checked too
Next Steps
Lid hygiene with diluted baby shampoo to be used to rub the eyelids and then wash the eyes with warm water and apply lubricant eyedrops in the eyes like lubrex eyedrops three times a day
Hello sir, This is a cyst over a meibomian gland duct. Nothing to worry about it.
Next Steps
Lower eyelid massage from downward to upwards; cold compresses for itching and if cyst is not cured by massage then a simple procedure to rupture it with a very fine needle is to be used to cure this with no pain. You would not even feel the prick as the needle is very fine. For mild itching you could use Nephazoline salt eye drops three times a day for two weeks.
