Pimple became abscess on face
Please check images Sir 4 days ago i have pop a pimple there it became abscess very pain full near ear and eye are also
Swollen eye area check and painful
Yesterday I have applied antibacttrin oil ( green colour)
That help me to come out some pus to in the morning
Some white substance is visible there that not come out while pressing

Today take moxclave 625
T bact cream
Cotton
Very pain full please suggest me to come out of this fast please
