Medicinal treatment is not successful in Pilonidal sinus. Usually surgery/ Z-plasty is advised but it is not a good choice as the chances of recurrence are very high after these treatments. However this problem can be completely treated by Graded Ksharsutra treatment. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during this treatment. For further support and appointment; you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.
