Pilonidal cyst
I had pilonidal abscess may be 10 years back or so. I had gone under surgery that time. Now I feel pain not fo far away from the area. I can sit properly without any pain but when I touch there it pains. My concern is that, 1)do I have the same problem, 2) do I have to do surgery again, 3) Is there any cure and why its happening again, 4) Is there any solution if its just a small cyst 5) And to whom I should consult.

If there is pain , then probably it's an infection, you can take anti inflammatory medicines and antibiotics for 7 days and I think it will be cured, if the lump or swelling is still there then you will to get an fnac done.
