Internal hemorrhoids bleed.
If you have only internal hemorrhoids you might not have pain.
You have to visit a general surgeon, so he/she can examine with proctoscope to confirm internal hemorrhoids.
Fissure is a break in the mucosal lining due to passage of hard stools. This causes pain and fresh blood, pain starts during passing stools and become more after stools like burning pain.
You may have specks of blood post passage of stools or stools can be covered with blood.
Internal hemorrhoids are dilation of vessels which has grades, and when hard stools pass can rupture those dialated vessels and can cause bleeding.

Hi if this bleed is not associated with pain than is generally due to piles and quantity of blood should be more. If this is associated with pain and quantity is less than this is due to fissure. At times there may be sigmoid colitis which leads to cramping lower abdominal pain and may cause passage of blood in stool. Other rare causes are presence oflpolyp growth Or a malignant growth. You should avoid constipation, as this is the cause for piles/ Fissure. it's better to get evaluated. Take salads in each diet. Take plenty of water. feel free to ask any further quary.Take care
