Anal sex is a unnatural way of sex
And yes I can have issues of infection like proctitis.
Also since u have piles you should

Piles generally have three problems;
Bleeding, Infection, and Clot formation.
Infection occurs when piles have blood clots in them
Anal sex can precipitate an infection because anal sex is always more difficult and traumatic than the vaginal sex.
