Piles problem
My fiance is having piles problem for whixh he takes H-oride capsule. But due to lockdown since this medicine is not available easily
Can you please suggest some alternate medicine which will be easily available for piles issue

He will need a proper examination in order to know what is the exact problem. In the meantime, high fibre diet (green leafy vegetables and a fruit everyday) and Sitz Bath atleast 3 to 4 times a day will help
