Piles problem
I have piles problem since last 5-6 years. W
whenever i feel pain i take some Ayurvedic medicine and then i get relief for some time but now problem has increased a lot. I feel so much pain in that place while motion. Please helm out.

Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) 2-4 times daily followed by application of some healing and soothing ointment or coconut oil. For easy evacuation of bowel movement you should take some stool softening medicine like 1 tea spoon of Haritaki powder with warm water in night.
