Piles problem
I experienced piles during my pregnancy, it's been 6yrs no prob but 2days back I had constipation and it ruptured the internal hamaroid... I'm taking sitcom tab, overon tab for pain, sitz bath and stool is soft now... But I'm experiencing pain in the rectum through out the day.. pls suggest what should I do next to relieve the pain

Best is to Get it checked by Surgeon...to make the diagnosis first...if fissure/ piles then now days laser treatment is best ... visit good and trained laser surgery near by...take care

If pain is severe Possibility of Fissure or thrombosed piles is there. Usually these can be treated with medicines. Rarely needs surgery.

Need to examine to rule out fissure or piles. In early stages it can be managed with changes in lifestyle and diet. Because of Laser now the surgery also if needed has been less painful and can be done as day care. Can show me once
