Piles piles
Having piles since last 2-3 days. No bleeding but pain is there not consulting to any as if now, just need to know homo or Ayurveda which one is better and what to do and what not to.

First of all diagnosis needs to be confirmed by local examination and proctoscopy. Pain is usually not a feature of piles. Fissure is another possibility.

[ ] Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath three times a day. Feel free to ask any further quary.
