Piles or Fissures
Hello Doctor, I went a normal delivery before 20 days and I'm breast feeding now. And now for the past 5 days I have severe constipation and when I pass my stool it is paining like hell to come out and blood comes sometimes. Once I pass my stool my anus rectum is burning a lot and the burning sensation continues for another 5 to 6 hours which is unbearable. When I touch my anus I can feel some tiny flesh around the hole which I suppose that causes the pain. Please kindly suggest any immediate solution as this pain is unbearable then normal delivery pain. I am unable to sit and feed my baby because of this pain. I am unable to do any work for that painful hours after I pass my stool. Hope you can understand my pain. Kindly Let me know the best way to stop this.

Hi Try mixing 1- 2 tsp of isabgol in one cup of water and take it daily until your constipation resolves. It is safe when you are breast feeding. For temporary relief of burning sensation fill a tub with warm water and sit in it with your hips immersed Since you are breast feeding you need to drink more water, include Buttermilk which is good for hemarrhoids and fissure
