Piles or fissure
I am having following symptoms 1) sharp pain in rectal area during and after passing stool 2) pain while sitting , standing and walking even long after passing stool. 3) feels discomfort all the time in that area

Looks like you are suffering from Anal fissure. Don't strain while passing motion. Apply anovate creme 10minutes before passing motion. Take some laxtaives and sitz bath as been advised by other fellow colleagues. If you don't find relief then should consult ASAP

You probably have an anal fissure For this. You can take high fiber diet Can eat green leafy vegetables Oats and drink plenty of water Apply intraanal 2% lignocaine jelly 5 minutes  before going to motion

From your history it is fissure especially if u have constipation and hard stoold An abscess in peri anal area can also produce these symptoms.. but it should have swelling and sometimes fever. Try to avoid foods that cause constipation like meat, bread etc. Eat plenty of fruits , vegetables. Drink plenty of water. If u do not pass hard stools for two to three weeks, fissure will automatically heal

Looks like you are suffering from an anal fissure. Make sure there is no swelling or fever if you do have visit the doctor immediately

sitz bath warm water basin sit 3 times a day drink lots of fluids have bland diet you can use proctosedyl oint or 2 percent lox jelly in the motion area if you have constipation take syp duphalac 2tsp twice a day for 3 days
