You need life style modification with some medicines for now. Drink plenty of water. 4 liters per day. Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid high cholesterol diet. Have high fibre diet. Have green leafy vegetables and fruits. Go for morning and evening walks everyday. Have Isabgol powder 2 teaspoon at night with warm water everyday. Don't over eat. Do SITZ bath ( take a bucket full of warm water add  betadine liquid in it then sit in the tub for 30 minutes 3 times in a day everyday). Apply  Anovate cream three times in a day after doing sitz bath Tab diosmin  300 mg 6 time's in a day for 4 day's then 4 times in a day for 3 days. Syrup lactulose 30 ml at night before sleeping for 7 days. Tab trenexa 500 mg two times in a day for 2 days. Don't take if alergic to any medicine.
