Piles can be completely treated without surgery by Ayurvedic treatment. Treatment will depend on the stage of the Piles problem. In 1st and 2nd stage Piles; Graded Kshar Karma along with oral medicines is advised while in 3rd and 4th stage Piles; Graded Ksharsutra ligation of Pile mass is the treatment of choice. Both of these treatments are OPD procedures so no hospitalization or bed rest is required.
Now you should avoid constipation for that increase fluid intake especially that of buttermilk. Increase fluid intake especially that of buttermilk, do regular exercise and if required you can take some stool softening medicine. Avoid sitting for a long time period while defecation.
