As I am going through all the feed back I was happy to share my problem to u sir. My anal has been affected with piles and fissures unable to consult any doctor and can u help to take any medicine or any ayervadic medicine

Piles If a mass like thing is there in anal area.. and fissure is cut like thing around anal area releasing pus or some kind of discharge...

you just Start with Chitrakadi Vati (Dhutpapeshwar) 1-1 with warm water..and Eranda bhrishta Haritaki(Shanker) tabs 1/2tab in the night one hour after meals..And apply Shatadhout ghrita in anal region ..this is temporary treatment. Again I am saying u need proper history and proper examination

hi, i need to check whether it is piles or fissure or both . both have different line of treatment in ayurveda .other symptoms must be evaluate like hunger , gases , constipation etc .

In your case, proper examination and case taking is necessary for proper diagnosis. Many times patients don't realize whether it is fissure or piles. It will be better if you consult Dr. personally

Till now You can take any mild purgatives like Triphala powder at night if you have constipation and Sitz bath daily for at least 15 min
