My grandfather, 75 years old is suffering from piles for 4 years. From the last 2 weeks he is having stomach pain, less appetite & also liquid discharge (not blood) from anus. Since it's corona, we are not able to get connected to the usual surgeon. Can anybody plz let me know what can be the reason for this especially the liquid discharge & stomach pain??

Due to piles liquid discharge and soiling is usual depends on piles grading
U can ask him to do perineal and personal excercises and not to strain while passing stools
Mostly liquid discharge aroud anal region can be high Chance of fistula. Need proper history and examination for confirmation. Continue Sitz bath, laxatives. Procedure for surgery of both piles and fitsula if not cured
