Pigmented lips due to smoking
Have been smoking since 10 yrs, got patchy lower lip and this pink spot. I have the habit of biting off the the patchy skin. Maybe the smoke reacted with the inner exposed layers.

Please quit your smoking habit as it is not good for your general health also . Consult a dermatologist .
