Pigmented lips and surgery mark
1.I have pigmented and dark lips .kindly suggest  a cream or smthng so that the darkness disappears. 2. I have a surgery mark on my thigh . Was operated for a fracture 10 years ago (in 6th std).kindly suggest some ointment so that it disappears.

Good evening. Firstly it's very difficult to suggest anything without photos. It's necessary to know the kind of scar you have. Secondly if your lip pigmentation is naturally since a long time, that may be your lip color,  lightening treatments will be temporary. If it's due to any other reason, treatment will be of much help. Again, details are required
