Pigmentation on cheeks and tan

Respected Dr, I have lightly pigmented skin on cheek area. From few months I was using kojiglo forte cream to remove pigmentation, I found no result while using this cream and also dark tan an my hands and feet which expose to sun the lower side of hands is very fair the tanned skin is looking so dull and brownish. Please suggest me what is the best cream can be used to cure pigmentation, uneven skin tone and which cream detan my skin from tan Regards,
