Pigmentation around ankles of both feet.

Thanks for being available on this app. Can someone kindly tell me what you think these lesions on my ankles be? These lesions have been there for a few years and they do itch rarely. I don't have similar lesions anywhere else on the body. I do have sensitive skin and when i scratch my skin after an insect bite, the top layer gets eroded easily. I am a bit overweight, though i don't do a lot of standing.
