There could b multiple possibilities fir the same. skin could b dry leading to a dull skin or decrease in Haemoglobin can also cause this problem where the skin can start looking pale. Carotenemia is another clinical condition characterized by yellow pigmentation of the skin and increased beta-carotene levels in the blood. consult a Dermatologist for the same. Ur issue isn't mostly related to a hormonal imbalance.
