Pi value 2.05, placenta grade 3 at 31
I have attached color Doppler report at 31 weeks. Baby weight is 1818 g. Placenta maturity is grase 3. There is evidence of diastolic notch with 2.0 PI value in right uterine. Is this indication of IUR? Do i need to deliver baby at 37 weeks?

This is not iugr But  There are  certain things that are matter of concern in the ultrasound number one the amount of liquor is less number 2it is a hypermature placenta number 3 the evidence of diastolic notch is not a good sign you will  have to repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks Take care of the daily fetal movement count You might have to deliver the baby before 36 weeks considering these issues in the ultrasound you are advised to go for betnesol  cover for lung maturity
