Fetal Doppler weird values
I did my growth scan and fetal Doppler at 28 weeks 3 days.
All the values are normal as per the charts but there are few concerns I am having
MCA PI is 2.55
Umbilical PI is 0.83
CPR ratio coming quite high 3.07
MCA PSV is coming as median 1.48 ( threshold high )
BPP is 8/8
Fetus weight is 1269
Fetal heartbeat is 142
These values are working me because they are in high percentile. M getting paranoid. My baby already has one good kidney and other kidney is MCDk
My coombs test is negative
I am O+
I have attached report with the question
Report says everything normal but these values are alarmingly high

There is no indicator to get panicky in the presence can. But you should definitely get a follow up scan after 2 weeks to see the serial change. Also you should have a fetal moment count observation. If it is a
regular pattern, nothing active to be done at the
present stage.
