I had a fight before one year. Iwas seated in a chair .probably the person standing back of me pulled my right arm back. I slapped the person without getting up using the back of my palm turning rightward. I didn't have any pain for 1 month. But after 1 month till now. When I rotate my arms there is small pain in right shoulder. It feels(probably 😨 fear) like my right arm is going to remove from body.some days there is no pain during rotation. When the small pain come . It's usually during awakening from sleep. Is this a problem or not. Sometimes I don't have any pain .If it is a problem ,what is it?

It looks like it is related to rotator cuff but to be sure get yourself checked by physiotherapist. But for a time being do not rotate your hand unnecessarily.
Hi... this seems to be a rotator cuff injury ... if your range of right shoulder is equal to your left shoulder in all the aspects with pain only in movements then it won't take more than a weeks time in recovery with physiotherapy & electrotherapy.
Next Steps
please visit nearby Physiotherapy clinic and take your recovery sessions.
Health Tips
till then don't sleep on right side as this will worsen the condition gradually.
Check ur movement and need to do some tests to rule out any injury of soft tissues
Check all the muscles around the shoulder
Pls try to consult a nearby therapist
