If your query was regarding pregnancy . It's unlikely. The best way to manage PCOS involves a combination of lifestyle changes like diet and exercise, and medical treatments as recommended by a healthcare provider. A focus on a low-glycemic diet with whole foods, regular physical activity (including strength training), weight management, and stress reduction can significantly improve symptoms. Medical treatments like hormonal birth control or other medications can also help regulate menstrual cycles and other symptoms.
