Phobia of urinate

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have a phobia which I can't go for urine with my friends/collegues? I don't know the reason but I can't able to urinate if anyone is there next to me in the washroom. Alone only I can urine. With this problem I felt shame n everyone make me a fool in front of others and make use fun of me. Please suggest and resolve

Might not be specifically a phobia. There are several problems prevalent among people which are at sub clinical level. However, obviously it is a very personal issue and thus embarrassing. You are 30 years now. A little earlier exploration would have been better. Still it is not too late. Treatment will depend on several variables like history, severity of illness, any other anxiety issues etc. Most probably some anxiety issue for which several treatments are available. Get a consultation asap.
