Good thing you phimosis doesn't appear to be an emergency. Consult an urologist for examination and management. He'll advice you for conservative measures like stretching and local topical medicines or prepucioplasty if you want to preserve prepuce. Circumcision too can be done if needed. How to proceed depends on examination and history for which seeing an urologist is needed.

This sounds like possible tight foreskin (phimosis). Gentle daily stretching and prescribed cream may help, but an examination by a urologist is recommended. If there is no pain, infection, or urinary difficulty, it is usually not an emergency. Privacy is always respected. 🙏🏻
