Phimosis skin retract

I'm unmarried and will phimosis affect my married life. I don't wanna have a surgery. But when I retract my foreskin forcibly to clean the area it starts paining. Advice please

Phimosis often complicate as paraphimosis or prepuce tear during forceful vigorous sex act often performed enthusiastically during first night. It also a cause of premature ejaculation. Surgery is only cure.
