Not able to retract penis foreskin
I am not able to retract my penis foreskin during erect stage. The reddish head is only little bit visible. I don't have any pain or problem during urination & masturbation.will this cause pain/rupture or any issues during intercourse with or without condom. Should I consult an urologists?. Is this phimosis? Thanks.
