Phemosis, Unable to retract
I never realized that pulling foreskin is something important. Maybe it happens with people naturally. My foreskin is too tight and it hurts while pulling backwards. Moreover for many years whenever I masterbated on bed, I held my foreskin tip to hold the cum inside penis itself (foreskin too long). I never cleaned my penis as well. I understand this could be reason why my pvt parts smells bad. Now when I try to do, it really hurts and unable to do so. I could see inside that foreskin there is lot of yellow substance sticking to internal layers. I'm almost thirty now, yet to get married though. Is it easy to have Intercourse if foreskin is too tight? Are there any other concerns?

Phimosis is a condition in which a person is unable to pull back his foreskin either Partially or Completely. I was going through the internet and found out many opinions on Phimosis and Its Surgery (Circumcision). We are glad to inform you that not all patients have to undergo a surgery. Phimosis can be corrected/ Treated without Surgery as well. A lot many patients after 'researching' a lot on Google get depressed and convinced that circumcision is the only way to get rid of phimosis which is not true. Circumcision is one way BUT NOT THE ONLY WAY... Many believes that its not possible or if it's possible then after sometime it will again go back to the previous stage. We don't know how true is that coz frankly speaking, we haven't seen and observed any patient of ours coming back to stage 0. We are yet to see... Pun intended but with all due respect

Absolutely it's easy to get it back. Use water based lubricant on it and gradually try to retract everyday little by little . By doing it twice a day over a week it would be free. If still being a problem meet a doctor' for checkup to go for other ointments. Worst case nothing works then you can under go circumcision
