Unable to retract foreskin

Sir, I am 24 years old, I am unable to retract my foreskin completely in glans penis, I can retract to some extent, but there is small threads of adhesion of the foreskin and glans penis posteriorly, it doesn't produces any problems till now.sir,is it normal???I can retract the foreskin to some extent though, but not completely upto the glans.. will it cause any problem in later life.
