Phemosis of the Penis
I had sex for the first time and inspite of wearing the condom, the foreskin inside broke and was bleeding. The foreskin was pulled back and it stretched further while penetration and broke. The foreskin is also tight, pains when pulled back fully during erection. Is there a way to make it loose and enjoy sex without condom and risk of it tearing or paining? I do not want to do surgery.

Hello, You may require surgery or you may not require surgery. Many times when it is borderline phimosis… Then during intercourse if you use proper lubricants like, lubic jelly, k-y jelly or any other jelly or oil etc. for both of you then many times there is no pain or tear of the foreskin and you can have painless intercourse. But sometimes if the partner's vagina is very tight or dry then you may face problem. So first you try the above said lubricants if your problem is not solved then you must consult a General Surgeon. www.kayakalpinternational.com
