Phelgm in throat
I have phelgm in throat. No runny nose, sneezing or cough problem. My some phelgym comes out during bath but chest still heavy. Any medicine. I am taking giloy tablet empty stomach. Is it enough medicine.

Hello dear, No need to worry,U are suffering from Kaffa vikar,U can take Sitopaladi Churna 1 tsf bid with honey ,Drop Anu tail in nostrils daily, Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Mulethi anjeer Draksha Tulsi black pepper twice a day,no need for Giloy Ghan Vati

Along with giloy you should take laxmivilas ras-2 tab BD after meal and sitopladi churna-1/2 TSP three times a day with honey.
