Sir i am 32 years old,i am suffering with pharyngitis since 3 months with right tonsil enlarged and tissue become hard. Uvulva red and swollen,more salivation and frequent desire to swallow. Throat becomes bloody red after taking food,evening time specially.
Kindly tell me its due to enlarged tonsil,should i go for tonsillectomy for get rid of sore throat or any thing else serious.
Kindly help me out i am very depress.
