Pexep no longer working, how to get off?
All the benefits of Pexep have gone away (better mood, better cognition, better focus, better behaviour, more energy) for me. I took a 25mg dose for 3 months. Since it's basically doing nothing anymore, how do I taper off of it? I read that I cannot simply stop taking it because of severe side effects.

This may occur during the treatment of psychiatric disorder. That's why regular follow-up is important. Antidepressants are not over-the-counter medicines. They should be taken only on a doctor’s prescription and under medical supervision. The dose and duration are individualized, so please do not start, stop, or change the dose on your own. Consult a psychiatrist because stopping medicine may be the premature termination of treatment, which may disturb your clinical prognosis.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist.

Hi, you need better alternatives. Pexep just targets serotonin , you need balancing dopamine too. Dopamine is the reward hormone that makes us do things and provides the boost of mental energy. so, something that works on both serotonin and dopamine will work for sure.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist to know about your condition and get proper pharmacological and psychological treatment.
Health Tips
You don't need to suffer in silence.Setting a morning routine begining with physical exercises followed with mental exercises like pranayam do help ., consult our team of psychiatrists and psychologist at UMMEED MENTAL HEALTH CARE, NOIDA 62.
