Rabies is a disease with 100% mortality.
No vaccine is 100% effective.
Even if the dog was completely vaccinated, it is advisable to get one vaccinated with antirabies. If the vaccinated dog can be followed up for any behavioural changes, 3 doses of Anti-rabies vaccine out of 5 are mandatory.
