See a professional that is a psychiatrist /clinical psychologist all are bound by the claws of confidentiality witch gives you the liberty to discuss with them anything that is bothering you no matter how personal it is they capable of understanding and not be judgemental about it. So go ahead and seek help and confidentiality is breached only if you are at danger to yourself someone else of if there is a legal proceedings in that case also the professional will be very prudent in sharing information. So don't worry we are here to help you not judge you.
Next Steps
Go ahead and seek help.
