Persistent sour throat
I have been having a sour throat for the last five days and it won't go away i have a mild pain while swallowing and I don't have fever or anything else I also have a bit swollen tonsils they have some yellow spots I don't know what's wrong with me I would appreciate it if you help me

Best option would be to meet an ENT specialist get a throat swab for culture and sensitivity in order to rule out any infection and the best drug that would help to reduce the infection. Until then Betadine mouth gargle would help to reduce infection.
